Our Policy 

1. Deposits are required to secure your appointmenT, Which goes towards your booking fee. please note that deposits are ((non refundable)). we understand that unexpected situations may arise. You are allowed a **one-time transfer within 30days.

   *** provided the cancellation is made at

   least 24hrs before your original scheduled

   appointment. ***

2. There’s a 15 min GRACE period before your

   appointment is considered a NO SHOW. You will be charged a NO SHOW FEE without proper

   communication via CALL or TEXT.

3. If your appointment is cancelled within 24hr of your scheduled visit,

   you will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION  FEE. 

4. By booking you agree that All media content created belongs solely to RitaKuttingup Ace of Fades and Locs.

FAQ 

Do I need a consultation? 

• A $30 hair analysis consultation via virtual or

  in person is “REQUIRED BEFORE” booking for starter, micro, insta,

  or permanent Loc extensions. (Extensions not included in starting service price)

•  Also require for NEW/RETURNING longer than a 10wk PERIOD seeking, crochet Loc maintenance,

  interlocking, repair/ reattachment or combining

  Loc maintenance. 

• clients requesting Loc repairs, Extensions, CLM, Insta, Or

  Micro Locs once your consultation is scheduled your

  appointment must be completed via IN PERSON ONLY.

• FaceTime appointments may be available for clients "NOT"

  experiencing "ANY" scalp  (flaky dandruff) or hair loss issues requesting Stater locs “Only”. 

• Please make sure you’re properly prepared @ the time of your appointment WHETHER in person or virtual. Your hair must be in its natural state, CLEAN,

  DETANGLED, & PRODUCT FREE. Via FaceTime good lighting is

  required to successfully complete your virtual

  appointment.
